Cancellation Policy
Commercial Photography Booking Policy 1. Agreement Overview • This booking policy governs all commercial photography services provided by the Photographer under the current production. • The agreement is made between the Photographer and the Client. • The photography session will take place at a location chosen by the Client, on a date selected by the Client. ⸻ 2. Scope of Services • The Photographer will provide commercial photography services as requested. • For portrait photography, the Client will receive 10 professionally edited images. • Final images are suitable for personal or commercial use by the Client. ⸻ 3. Usage Rights & Copyright • The Photographer retains full copyright to all images produced. • The Client is granted a lifetime license to use the delivered images for any purpose, including commercial, social media, print, or advertising. • Redistribution or resale of the images to third parties is not permitted without written consent. ⸻ 4. Image Delivery • Final edited images will be delivered within 3 days of the shoot. • Images will be provided in JPEG or PNG format, based on Client preference. ⸻ 5. Payment Terms • The total fee and payment method will be determined based on mutual agreement prior to the shoot. • A non-refundable retainer may be required to confirm the booking. • Full payment must be completed as agreed upon before or upon image delivery. ⸻ 6. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • The Photographer will attempt to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability. ⸻ 7. Liability • The Photographer is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, illness, or emergencies. • In such cases, rescheduling or partial refunds may be discussed on a case-by-case basis. ⸻ 8. Acceptance of Terms • By confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. ⸻
